  I recently had to put my mother's house on the market a little over two weeks ago Mary Catterall looked after us as my mother would only sell with Mary. After initially popping in to see Mary to ask her to,put the house on the market she promptly came round that afternoon gave us a price then told us what we had to do the next day was back with a contract so in a quick trip to Lake Cathie in three days Mary had valued the house and told us what we needed to do with the solicitor.

  Mary arranged for the most fantastic photos to be taken and when she put the sign out had a buyer for us the next day. Mary guided us through the legal system and before we knew it the house had exchanged.
